Title: Manager, Ecommerce

DKSH are now hiring a dynamic and results-oriented Manager, Ecommerce to lead strategic partnerships and drive business performance across key online channels including HKTV. Responsibilities:
Results and KPI driven:
- Accountable for driving business KPIs including Net sales, GMV, traffic, conversion, AOV, inventory levels
- Conduct business reviews with clients and customers to share insights and actionable recommendations for growth
Key Account Leadership:
- Lead key account relationships with retailers including but not limited to HKTV mall
- Engage in annual joint business planning and negotiate campaign and promotional calendars
Drive operational excellence:
- Lead promotional and activation plans to drive brand growth
- Work with local teams to forecast revenue, establish budgets, and set targets.
- Manage forecasting and inventory levels in collaboration with clients, client managers and customers.
- Oversee reporting and automation initiatives
- Management of A&P management, AR and trade claims recovery from clients within contracted terms
Effective and collaborative manager:
- Work closely with cross functional partners in client management, finance, and HR
- Collaborate with peers in market and across the region to share and implement best practices
- Experience managing direct reports to deliver on targets and objectives a plus
Requirements
- Degree or professional qualification in a related discipline
- Highly motivated individual with 5+ years of experience, of which 2+ years of cross border ecom specific experience in building and driving brands.
- Experience managing direct reports a plus
- Preferably from FMCG, E-enabler or Platform background
- Strong Commercial Acumen: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Communicator: Authentic and straightforward with strong negotiation skills
- Strong collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders including clients, customers and cross functional teams
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment
