Title: Manager, Continuous Improvement

Job Summary
The incumbent will manage and pro-actively drive the CI efforts within market and will be focused on leading improvement activity through the use of Continuous Improvement and Project Management tools to achieve assigned productivity goals. He/She is responsible for managing portfolio of ‘Action Teams’, CI initiatives and projects and also serve as a central point of contact for support on Continuous Improvement tools used in DKSH on an ongoing basis to help build a sustainable culture of continuous improvement within the Healthcare Business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute Lean & Six Sigma events and projects that deliver productivity commitments made during the annual improvement planning process
- Lead the annual productivity planning efforts
- Pro-actively champion the effective and correct use of CI tools and methodologies
- Train, coach and mentor new CI Yellow, Green and Black Belts
- Productivity and project tracking
- Continue to develop and self educate about Continuous Improvement techniques
- Provide multiple levels of CI support to the organization and gain their commitment to use continuous improvement tools and methodologies
- Share best practices across region
- Serve as a communication link with various stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business, Science or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in using continuous improvement tools and activities, preferably in a CI management/lead position
- Black Belt certification in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies & tools
- Strong analytical skills, use of data, leadership and decision making skills with proven ability to facilitate cross-functional and multi-cultural teams
- Strong influencing and communication skills
- Experience using MS Power BI & Minitab
- Adaptable to variety of working environment (e.g. DC, office, client/customer’s site, etc.)
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
