Title:  *Management Trainee - Healthcare (Consumer Health)

Our customers are chain pharmacies, personal care stores, hospitals, clinics and we help to grow their business in new and existing markets by providing access to high-quality products, training and customer services.

What you will do:

As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with our core business units in HEC across a number of core functions and be exposed to captivating rotations in the following areas the below:  

• Sales 

• Marketing  

• Medical & Trade Channels  

In addition to this, you will gain exposure to different functions & channels which will provide a solid roadmap for you to become a capable Manager after 18 months. 

What you will need:

• A Science related Bachelor’s degree 
• Passionate to work in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical industry   
• Previous internships from other Pharma companies would be desirable  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills   
• Creativity in problem-solving and strong analytical ability   
• An appetite for an ambitious career and ability to adapt to new situations within a fast-paced environment   
• Ability to converse in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
