About the program
Recently graduated or graduating in 2026? Our 18‑month Management Associate (MA) Program commencing July 2026 is designed to accelerate your learning and prepare you for an assistant manager‑level role on completion. You’ll rotate across our Healthcare business unit in sales and marketing teams, gain end‑to‑end exposure, and contribute to real impact from day one.

What you’ll do

• Tackle real business challenges and own deliverables within each rotation
• Analyse data and market insights to drive decisions and recommendations
• Collaborate across functions to deliver projects from design to execution
• Present updates and findings to leaders and stakeholders
• Continuously improve processes, customer journeys, and commercial outcomes

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Nutrition, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Passion for healthcare/pharmaceuticals and shaping the future of the industry
• Internships in healthcare/pharma (desirable)
• Strong communicator and collaborative team player
• Creative problem‑solver with solid analytical ability
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment
• Language: Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin

Program details

• Duration: 18 months
• Start: July 2026
• Outcome: Fast‑track to a capable Assistant Manager upon successful completion
