Title:  General Manager

Job Summary

We are currently looking for a high calibre General Manager with strong FMCG experience to join our team in Hong Kong. This role is designed to lead a diverse team to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the Hong Kong and Macau markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, Trade marketing, preferably within an MNC and preferably with the scope of Personal Care and Household categories. 

They will also have proven leadership capability, strong P&L understanding and able to navigate complex challenges. 

General Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the Hong Kong and Macau markets.
• Work closely with the client teams.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance market presence.
• Oversee all aspects of operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain management.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure the delivery of the P&L and all company objectives  
• Monitor and deliver all Client KPIs and contract KPIs
• Work closely for Joint Value creation

Functional Skills and Knowledge

What we are looking for:

The successful candidate must have minimum 15 years of experience in a senior management role within the FMCG industry preferably within the scope of Personal Care, Household categories. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal skill, and strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. You will have a proven delivering results and driving business performance.
