Job Summary

We are currently looking for Sales and Marketing talent with strong FMCG experience to join our team in Hong Kong as leadership role of General Manager (Hong Kong and Macau). This role is designed to lead a diverse team to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the Hong Kong and Macau markets.

General Responsibilities

This role is designed to lead the diverse team to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance market presence, and to work closely with the client teams. The incumbent of this role requires a strong business acumen, ability to oversee all aspects of operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain management. This role requires proven leadership capability to build effective and engaged teams while at the same time ensuring strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, clients, and internal teams. This role holds accountabilities of P&L, contract management and all company objectives.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

We are looking for:

The successful candidate must have minimum 15 years of experience in a senior management role within the FMCG industry with proven results business performance, preferably within the scope of Personal Care and Household categories. This role requires a can-do attitude and an appetite to grow, while skills expected include a strong business acumen, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
