Title: Assistant Sales Manager- General Trade

Job Summary
As our team member in General Trade team, you will take full accountability of the assigned accounts to strategize and implement sales plans with the assigned customer group. Apart from achieving sales target and maintaining long-term business relationship with customers, this role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the wholesale market.
General Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in planning and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets for Wholesales Team
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their performance.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and maintain the company's reputation
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
- Identify sales opportunities and potential new customers.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and sales forecasts
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Coordinate sales operations, including inventory and order processing
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the in FMCG products to wholesalers/key retail chain will be a definite advantage
- Sales experience in Macau market is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good command of both English and Chinese with PC knowledge
- Aggressive, passionate with strong business sense

Degree or professional qualification
