Job Summary
Develop, monitor and oversee implementation of trade marketing plans and activities, including efficient utilization of budgets and reporting of outcomes/return on investment
General Responsibilities

Plan & track trade marketing performance by reviewing budgets and promotion evaluation

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion

Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and other functional teams to maximize the synergy amongst marketing plan, and stock availabilities
Job Requirements

Degree in Marketing/Business Management or a related discipline with at least 4-5 years’ experience in trade marketing / retail sales management role preferably in FMCG/Food services industry

Food services/horeca background is a must

Knowledge and understanding of the business and industry, especially product categories and channels

Proven capabilities in marketing planning, market research and demand forecasting, as well as a sound understanding of customer needs and client marketing needs

Strong business acumen, analytical and business analysis skills

Ambitious, assertiveness, self-motivated and result oriented with strong interpersonal, presentation skills and negotiation skills

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
