Title: Assistant Manager/ Manager, Business Development (Healthcare)

General Responsibilities
- Proactive hunting of new clients in OTC/Consumer Health area
- Support the execution of country/product expansion strategies to achieve short- and long-term business objectives
- Participate in meetings and preparation of presentation materials to facilitate negotiations with potential clients/customers
- Run financial analysis on predicted profitability for new BD deals
- Manage contract negotiations with new clients in accordance with company’s contract guidelines
- Conduct research/feasibility studies to gain better understanding of the latest market opportunities
- Execute activities related to Business Development workforce capability and client/customer data management
- Respond to queries from potential clients/customers in supporting business development activities
Job requirements:
- Degree holder in Science, Marketing or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years’ work experience in the healthcare (Pharma or OTC/Consumer Health) industry, especially in the position of sales, marketing, key account management or business development
- Presentable with good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Organized, mature and able to work under pressure and independently in a dynamic working environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
