Title:  Assistant Manager, Treasury

Job Summary

Support the implementation of the Group Treasury policy/practices. Execute, record and report all treasury activities

General Responsibilities

• Implement the Group Treasury policy and practices to ensure effective governance over all treasury/cash management matters
• Ensure timely and accurate forecasting of cash inflows and outflows reporting to Group Treasury. Track forecast deviations and recommend continuous forecasting improvements.
• Declare and report country foreign exchange exposures to Group Treasury in a timely manner.
• Manage and coordinate local bank relationships.
• Manage the country's special projects/initiatives to improve cash management and reporting processes.
• Drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of Treasury and DKSH behavior to achieve team/function goals.

Job Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline
• Minimum of three years’ experience in accounting/treasury role. Reporting/FP&A background is also welcomed.
• Experience in a managerial capacity is preferred.
• Flexible to support other finance functions/willing to rotate within the finance department.
• Experienced with SAP and payment gateways
• Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the business and industry
• Demonstrate sound knowledge and application of local/international accounting standards, principles and practices
• Demonstrate strong research and analytical skills
• Demonstrate fluency in English and Cantonese
