Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a talent who is dedicated with experience in Trade Marketing to join our team in Hong Kong as Assistant Manager.
As an Assistant Manager in our Trade Marketing team, you will drive trade marketing strategy and execution across key channels, optimize promotions, and build strong client partnerships to boost commercial performance.
General Responsibilities
- Lead trade marketing plan development and execution, as well as promotion evaluation for assigned customers and specific channels
- Plan & track trade marketing performance by reviewing budgets and promotion evaluation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion
- Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and other functional teams to maximize the synergy amongst marketing plan, and stock availabilities
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- At least 3 years’ experience in trade marketing / retail sales management role preferably in FMCG industry
- Knowledge and understanding of the business and industry, especially product categories and channels
- Proven capabilities in marketing planning, market research and demand forecasting, as well as a sound understanding of customer needs and client marketing needs
- Strong business acumen, analytical and business analysis skills
- Ambitious, assertiveness, self-motivated and result oriented with strong interpersonal, presentation skills and negotiation skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior-Supervisor
Education
Degree in Marketing/Business Management or a related discipline
