Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a talent who is dedicated with experience on Client management for Field marketing operations to join our team in Hong Kong as Assistant Manager, Client Management (FMCG Field Marketing)
As an Assistant Manager of Client Management in FMCG Field Marketing, you take full accountability of the assigned clients to handle their operational enquiries, initiate and develop business with existing clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities. Apart from client management, you will work closely with Field Operations team on obtaining insights of marketing happenings, competitors' activities, promotions for our clients.
General Responsibilities
- Drive for business growth via cost effective business plans and operational solutions to meet client's needs
- Collaborate with cross functional departments to provide high quality services in accordance with agreed KPIs
- Manage operational enquiries from clients focusing on operational efficiency, service levels, process and quality improvement and business expansion initiatives, etc.
- Collaborate with cross functional departments on the business integration process for new clients to ensure smooth client integration
- Initiate and develop business from existing clients through rapport communication and regular business reviews with clients
- Lead meetings and negotiations with existing clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities
- Establish long-term professional relationships with existing clients, and partners to promote company’s services
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience and demonstrate in-depth understanding of field or retail operations and Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry
- Proven capabilities in numeracy and quantitative analysis, as well as a sound understanding of customer needs and client marketing needs
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Cantonese
- Excellent client management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
