Title: Assistant, Tender Management

Requirements
- HKDSE or above
- 1-year relevant experience in sales administration (Fresh Graduate also welcome!)
- Willing to learn, careful and responsible.
- Able to work independently and can work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Excel , Word and Outlook is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients on the tender process
- Coordinate with clients for the monthly reports
- Coordinate the tender process within the tender team, set deadlines and responsibilities.
- Handle / coordinate high volume of the tenders , quotations, correspondences and tender maintenance with the Hospital Authority, HK Government, University and Clients
- Performs secretarial duties and administrative support to teammate and provide ad hoc duties as required
Education
Bachelor of Science, Chemistry, Pharma or related disciplines
