Title:  Manager Finance Business Partnering

The role supports the Senior Manager and partners with business unit stakeholders to deliver financial insights, support planning processes, and ensure achievement of financial targets.

General Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Partnering with business unit and functions to support the preparation and alignment of yearly operational plans (budget and forecasts).
• Report on business performance versus targets and highlight key variances.
• Deliver accurate and timely monthly reporting on business unit performance.
• Assist in maintaining reporting processes to BU leadership team and providing clear insights to support business decision-making
• Proactively support identification of financial risks and opportunities.

Business Partnering

• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to support financial planning and analysis.
• Partnering with business unit by delivering financial insights to support day to day business decision making.
• Assist in financial modelling, financial analysis and valuation support for M&A, client contracts and other ad-hoc financial projects.

Stakeholder Management

• Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with business unit stakeholders at both local and global levels.
• Support discussion with business stakeholders on action plans to deliver business and financial objectives.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on agreed actions and deliverables.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• 4-6 years' experience in finance, FP&A or finance business partnering
• Proven experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes
• Demonstrated application in financial/accounting principles and performance management.
• Demonstrated experience to identify value drivers in business and how marco-economic market factors impact business.
• Demonstrated experience in financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Proficient in SAP and office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)\
• Prior industry experience will be an advantage.
