About the Role

The Manager, Finance Business Partnering supports the Senior Manager in delivering financial insights and planning support to business unit stakeholders within DKSH. This role is integral to enabling informed business decisions and driving the achievement of financial targets across the organization.

 

What You Will Deliver

  • Support the preparation and alignment of yearly operational plans, including budgets and forecasts, in close partnership with business units and functions
  • Deliver accurate and timely monthly reporting on business unit performance, highlighting key variances against targets
  • Maintain reporting processes for the Business Unit (BU) leadership team and provide clear, actionable insights to support business decision-making
  • Proactively identify financial risks and opportunities, ensuring timely visibility and escalation to relevant stakeholders
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support financial planning and analysis, enabling data-driven business decisions
  • Deliver financial insights that support day-to-day business decision-making across the business unit
  • Assist in financial modelling, financial analysis, and valuation support for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), client contracts, and other ad-hoc financial projects
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with business unit stakeholders at both local and global levels
  • Support discussions with business stakeholders on action plans to deliver business and financial objectives
  • Ensure timely follow-up on agreed actions and deliverables
 

What You Bring

  • Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in finance, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), or finance business partnering
  • Proven experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial and accounting principles and performance management
  • Ability to identify value drivers in business and assess how macroeconomic market factors impact business performance
  • Demonstrated experience in financial modelling and scenario analysis
  • Proficiency in SAP and office productivity tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Prior industry experience will be an advantage
