Typical Scope of HR Manager / HRBP Roles at DKSH

While this is not linked to an immediate vacancy, HR Manager / HR Business Partner roles at DKSH typically involve:

• Partnering people managers up to senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives
• Providing advisory support on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and workforce planning
• Supporting organisational change initiatives, including transformation and capability building
• Collaborating with HR Centres of Expertise on talent management, succession planning, learning & development, and rewards
• Ensuring compliance with Singapore employment legislation, MOM requirements, and Tripartite Guidelines
• Applying sound judgement, discretion, and professionalism in all people matters

What We Look For

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner
• Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, MOM regulations, and Tripartite Guidelines
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner senior stakeholders in a matrix or multinational environment
• High level of discretion, maturity, and business acumen
• Ability to operate confidently in complex and evolving organisational contexts
