About the Role

The Executive, eCommerce Digital Operations is responsible for managing and enhancing the daily operations of DKSH's Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) eCommerce business in Singapore, driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across Business to Consumer (B2C), Business to Business (B2B), and Quick Commerce channels. This role uniquely combines end-to-end operational management with commercial finance oversight, offering candidates with e-commerce experience a platform to contribute meaningfully to DKSH's digital business growth.

What You Will Deliver

  • Manage end-to-end order fulfilment for B2C and B2B channels, ensuring accurate order processing, inventory management, and shipment tracking
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize shipping methods, reduce delivery times, and maintain competitive delivery rates
  • Manage Direct to Consumer (D2C) websites for relevant clients, ensuring orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Oversee marketplace platforms including RedMart and Amazon, managing product listings, pricing updates, product availability, and promotional submissions for the team
  • Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for senior management and warehouse teams, communicating results and improvement recommendations clearly
  • Monitor marketplace performance and B2B e-retailer fulfilment rates, analyzing data to identify trends and develop actionable strategies for business growth 
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) Ageing reports, assist with monthly claims submissions, and monitor collections including Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and monthly collection targets 
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to identify and implement new eCommerce business opportunities that enhance customer satisfaction and reinforce DKSH's position as a one-stop eCommerce solution
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve claims, financial disputes, and customer payment issues, ensuring accurate and timely recovery of payments
  • Monitor budget allocations for clients to prevent overspend, and perform invoice and monthly claims submissions to clients and respective marketplace platforms
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for eCommerce finance operations and act as the business owner for all digital operations' financial activities
  • Analyze customer payment performance and proactively identify credit risks to mitigate potential payment defaults in line with assigned credit limits and credit policies 
  • Maintain vendor partnerships in close collaboration with the Information Technology (IT) team, and provide SAP-related support to the team as required 
  • Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in a relevant discipline
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in an e-commerce related role
  • Experience working with SAP systems and managing finance-related tasks across e-retailer, B2B Quick Commerce, and B2C channels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
