Title:  Executive Data Analytics

This position reports to the Data Analytics Manager and is responsible for data analytics, visualization, commercial exellence.

Individual to be involved in:

1. Ensure data quality and consistency across all company reporting metrics.
2. Identify, investigate, and resolve data-related issues and system discrepancies.
3. Assist in preparing recurring reports and conducting ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making.
4. Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, streamlining workflows, and improving processes across the company.
5. Provide operational and technical support for the POP6 system.
6. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data visualization and performance tracking. Python is an added advantage.
2. Data Management: Strong understanding of data integrity, validation, and governance to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
3. Problem Solving: Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related discrepancies efficiently.
4. Process Improvement: Skilled in analyzing current workflows and implementing automation or simplification initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Communication & Collaboration: Able to communicate effectively cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver timely insights and support strategic decisions.
