Title: Assistant Manager, Field Sales

Job Summary
Drive growth through managing and monitoring sales teams to
achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and
overall business objectives. Manage the best distribution and
expansion in the coverage area.
General Responsibilities
Implement short-term sales strategies and plans (e.g. plan sales
routes, new customer generation, etc.) to achieve sales targets for
assigned businesses/territories
Track & monitor the team's key performance indicator achievements
(e.g. plan sales routes, make regular calls/visits, etc.) and ensure
KPIs met thru ecoplus.
Execute sales activities for assigned businesses/territories, including
product portfolios and marketing plan introductions, order taking,
marketing display set-ups and in-store merchandising.
Drive speed to market NPDs distribution
Ensure the in-store excellence execution as per provided guideline
Build strong relationship with key customers – Wholesalers &
Retailers
Monitor competitors' activities/products and produce competition
reports based on merchandising data. Recommend practical actions
to counter competition
Investigate, resolve and log customer issues and advise on follow-up
actions
Prepare and/or review quotations, proposals and contracts to
facilitate sales agreements
Prepare sales reports and report projected sales. Track and highlight
unusual increases/decreases in customer demand
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products.
Support internal stakeholders in relationship development with key
customers

Functional Skills and Knowledge
Demonstrate good working knowledge and understanding of the
industry/market/competitors/customers
Demonstrate good working knowledge in assigned
territories/products/services and strong selling skills
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel,
Word and PowerPoint)
Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both
written and spoken
Education
Bachelor degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Economics or a
related discipline
