Job Summary
Supervise the day-to-day administration and support functions across Supply Chain Management to ensure the efficient execution of inboound and outbound delivery , record keeping, billing management and problem sloving
General Responsibilities

- Ensure correct goods receipt data of deliveries to 3PL warehouse in time and implement operation in SAP system.
- Ensure proper and appropriate planning of deliveries to end customers from the warehouses takes place in good time and with agreement from sales and logistics sides
- Develop and confirm Service Level Agreements with 3PL to ensure they are in alignment with DKSH warehouse & logistics operations in the country
- Measure and monitor service performance using agreed KPI's that have been aligned across the business, develop additional KPI's as required to improve service performance
- Check out monthly billing from different 3PL warehouse and transportation correctly and apply for internal approval in GAPIM system
- Implement control costs of logistics operations to within the budget, escalate any cost risks to top management in good time.
- Develop customer service processes in order to identify performance problems early and communicate to related parties any performance issues in good time with solutions.
- Escalate any performance issues as appropriate to top management and seek support for repeating issues or serious issues for which no clear or consistent solutions can be found.
- Real time inventory data verification to ensure physical consistency
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of warehousing, distribution, transport and supply chain management in fine chemical /speciality industry
- Good warehousing and transportation practices on DG & NDG chemicals
- Proven numeracy and quantitative data analysis
- Demonstrate knowledge in warehouse management systems (ideally SAP)
- Good communication skills to 3PL and internal cross funcation teams
Education
Diploma/certificate in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or other related fields
