About The Role

The Supervisor, Wholesale is a key driver of DKSH's non-food category wholesale channel build-up and expansion across the East region. This role delivers direct business impact by developing distributor networks, growing market coverage, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales objectives.

What You Will Deliver

  • Build and expand the non-food category wholesale channel across the East region by identifying, developing, and onboarding new distributor accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing distributors.
  • Cultivate long-term strategic partnerships with clients through proactive engagement and relationship management that supports sustained business growth.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets in line with company requirements and extend market coverage for DKSH's represented product portfolio.
  • Execute company marketing plans to successfully launch new products and drive visibility of seasonal items in the market.
  • Leverage company-provided promotional support effectively to maximize sales volume and commercial outcomes.
  • Generate actionable market intelligence by gathering competitive insights and conducting analysis within the assigned territory.
  • Resolve customer feedback and issues in a timely manner by proposing practical solutions and identifying the necessary support requirements.
  • Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

What You Bring

  • College diploma or above
  • Over 3 years of relevant work experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
  • Proven sales experience in household cleaning, personal care, and detergent product categories
  • Acute market insight with strong business negotiation skills and the ability to independently develop new markets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork capabilities
  • High personal credibility and professional ethics, with strong ability to integrate and leverage resources
  • Willingness and ability to travel for business as required
