Title:  Senior Manager Technical Sales & Marketing

Job Summary

Results-driven Senior Manager / Director of Sales and Marketing with a strong background in the coatings or related industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape within the coatings or related sector.

General Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets and expand market share in the coatings or related industry.
• Good background and know how of industry coating products, solutions, business judgment
• Work with key suppliers and sales, tech team to identify the business growth opportunity.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
• Manage forecast sales performance, and provide regular reports to senior leadership on key metrics and business outcomes.
• Develop personal business growth within overall products portfolio.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering or similar
• More than 5yrs working experience in coating, ink, or plastic market
• Interpersonal skills and networking capabilities are important for all kinds of internal communication.
• Good spoken and written English skill
