About the Role
The Senior Manager, Client Management leads the strategic management of client accounts and product portfolios across China's East region, ensuring seamless business integration and sustained growth. This role is pivotal in shaping DKSH's client relationships and driving Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) financial performance through brand strategy execution and cross-functional collaboration.
What You Will Deliver
- Drive the strategic management of the product portfolio and client accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth ambitions.
- Develop and implement brand strategies, translating them into actionable business plans that deliver measurable commercial results.
- Plan, execute, and oversee brand promotions and activities, partnering closely with the Sales team to support the achievement of sales and margin targets.
- Manage Advertising and Promotion (A&P) budgets with discipline, optimizing spend to maximize return on investment.
- Oversee brand inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize supply risk.
- Lead regular client communications, meetings, and business reviews to strengthen partnerships and proactively identify growth opportunities.
- Lead and develop the Client Management team, driving performance and accountability to deliver overall FMCG financial results.
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in marketing or trade marketing within the FMCG industry, with experience in a trading or international company preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of team management experience.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to lead, guide, and develop team members effectively.
- Strong understanding of clients' industries, businesses, and product portfolios.
- Proven client management and communication skills, with strong organizational and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities with a strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods.
- Culturally aware and respectful, with the ability to work effectively across diverse and cross-cultural environments.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
