Job Summary
Perform good order to cash support such as order placement, order fulfillment and delivery arrangement.
General Responsibilities
1. Work a very important role from end to end delivery, from sales to cash. Order process timely、effective and positive. Firm response customers' new SO within 2 working days.
Arrange & follow up goods delivery until it is well received by customers, billing on time and correctly.
2. Support to sales team. Supply sales report to sales managers on time and provide other necessary services and support to the sales manager.
3. Deal directly with customers either by telephone, mail or face to face. Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
4. Work as a role of window person to coordinate and link to all departments across the company.
5. Timely handling of customer complaints to satisfy customers and key in the complaints in system on time.
6. Build up good relationship with customers and other function team.
7. Customer Master Data Maintenance.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
1. Have the ability to do detailed work and proactively meet customer’s needs.
2. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a customer service position.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint) and SAP.
4. Customer management and good relationship management skill and communication skill.
5. Basic oral and written English skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred and equivalent work experience.
