Title:  Manager Finance Business Partnering

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of monthly financial accounts and management reports in accordance with reporting deadlines
• Monitor business performance of the group, partner with commercial management to drive business and financial performance
• Manage and provide timely financial analysis with clear insights to support management decision, recommend improvements
• Hands on person to prepare monthly rolling forecasts and annual budget
• Oversee day-to-day of finance operations including related entities
• Compliance with MFRS accounting standards, company finance manual, internal control
• Liaise with tax agents, external auditors and bankers

Job Requirements

• Big 4 experience/MNC experience with manufacturing accounting knowledge
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience preferably in managerial role
• Possess business acumen and strong commercial sense
• Driven, sharp, results oriented with strong understanding of business operations and key drivers
• Business partnering with good communication skills and good team player
• Commercially-oriented with high energy, "can-do" attitude and forward looking person
• Experience in M&A integration would be a plus
