Job Summary

The job scope for a role covering the overall SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) and IT hardware support

Job Responsibilities

• SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) Support:
  • Training warehouse staff on using the SAP WMS effectively.
  • Providing ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of the system.
  • Analyzing warehouse processes and identifying opportunities for optimization using SAP WMS
  • UAT Coordination: Collaborate with end-users to execute UAT, ensuring they understand the test cases and the expected outcomes.
  • User Support: Provide support to users during UAT, addressing any questions or issues they encounter.
  • Collaborating with developers for custom enhancements or modifications to the SAP WMS to cater to specific business requirements.

• IT Hardware Support:
  • Keeping an inventory of all IT hardware, ensuring proper asset management, and maintaining records of warranties and maintenance schedules.

Job Requirements

• At least a Diploma in information technologies, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any other related fields.
• Any prior experience in any logistics, supply chain or 3PL environment would be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a minimum course completion CGPA of 3.0 are welcomed to apply as well
• Proven experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and warehouse management system (WMS), especially SAP WMS.
• Demonstrate expertise and good knowledge in supply chain management, warehousing, and distribution practices.
• Possess knowledge in project management.
• Proven experience in IT/system change management.
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken.
