Job summary:
To manage overall order processing Outbound covering Outbound capacity in Distribution Center
Job Responsibilities:
- To assist the supervisor and executive in-charge in ensuring the related EDP processes is in accordance to the existing SOPs for effective performance and meeting KPI datelines.
- To check and process all documents pertaining to EDP functions (TRAs, TOs, SIAs, SRA, Arrivals) and related documents are processed accurately in accordance to stipulated SOPs.
- To ensure all pick waves received are processed, checked and distributed promptly.
- To ensure the urgent orders are promptly recorded and distributed to the respective zones. A daily reconciliation should be carried out to ensure all copies are accountable for.
- To input all arrivals and release for sales promptly to ensure continues supply of goods for picking.
- To ensure proper and systematic filing of all processed documents for future reference.
- To assist the supervisor and executive in charge in maintaining up to date system housekeeping and integrity.
- To report promptly to the supervisor and executive in charge if there are any incidences indiscipline of the staff and other matters that affect the optimal performance of the warehouse operations.
- To report promptly to the supervisor and executive in-charge and/or the management of any irregularities that are not in accordance to the SOPs procedures. Thus hampering smooth operations, safety, health and environment of the warehouse.
- To execute promptly any duties or task instructed by the supervisor and executive in charge until its completion.
- To perform general housekeeping and maintain cleanliness of the work station and warehouse in neat, clean, standardize and tidy condition in accordance to 7S.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM Certificate or Diploma holder.
- To be self-reliant and carry out duties under minimal supervision.
