Title:  Engineer Technical Services

Job Summary

Responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Espec environmental test chambers. Provide on-site technical support to customers, ensure equipment performance, and support service operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform installation, setup, and commissioning of environmental test chambers
• Carry out preventive maintenance and routine servicing
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, refrigeration, and control system issues
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
• Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation
• Technical support, communication with customers and parts arrangement
• Ensure all service work complies with safety and company standards
• Support urgent breakdown calls and minimize equipment downtime

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in field service, industrial equipment is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge may be considered
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Basic understanding of refrigeration
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and manuals
• Familiar with industrial equipment or test chambers (preferred)
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting and email correspondence)
