Job Summary
Sell product and achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives
General Responsibilities

Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews to monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Develop and implement account plans to drive sales growth.
- Negotiation & Contract Management:
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and contract terms with customers to ensure profitability.
- Manage trade spend and promotional budgets effectively.
Market Insights & Analysis:
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve account performance and category growth.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless execution of customer strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address client issues and deliver solutions.
Reporting:

- Prepare regular reports on account performance and submit them to management.
- Track and report competitor activities within assigned accounts.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Between two – four years’ of experience in account management, sales, or a related role in FMCG
- Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of FMCG industry/market/competitors/customers
- Demonstrate basic knowledge in assigned territories/products/ services and strong selling skills
- Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
Education
Diploma or professional qualification in Business Studies/Marketing/Economics or a related discipline
