Assistant Sales & Marketing Administration Support (1 year contract)
Job Summary
Provide timely and effective administrative support to the sales and marketing team
General Responsibilities
- Respond to sales and marketing team on general administrative activities (e.g. office admin, SAP maintenance and lodging)
- Work closely with internal departments to gather information and resolve issues affecting sales administration
- Support for various events and budget management for sales and marketing activities: AD, booth application and management, management of related expenses
- Submit & manage sales & marketing programs to KPBMA site: AD Booth, Donation, multicenter group presentation, symposia etc
- Manage HEC & sales/marketing teams' key schedules and related budgets
- Collecting various requests from sales and marketing organizations and external customers and notifying relevant departments
- Collaborate with Sales & SFE to assist in collecting and verifying all the data needed for call, sales, performance, evaluations and incentive payments.
- Update contents/changes to sales administration/support policies and procedures on a periodic basis
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate strong administrative and organization skills
- Proven knowledge and experience in SAP
- Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
Education
Certificate/diploma in business administration, or equivalent
