Job Summary
Support implementation of marketing plans, creation of marketing tools and coordination of product communication activities. Conduct basic research and compile marketing information for reporting purposes
This role goes beyond day-to-day platform coordination and plays an important part in driving online sales, generating qualified lead opportunities, onboarding customers to the platform, and improving the overall digital buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
General Responsibilities
- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditure against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Coordinate and provide administrative support in implementing marketing plans for products and services to achieve business objectives and marketing strategies
- Maintain records of actual marketing expenditures and supporting documents for comparisons against budget
- Conduct basic/desk research and systematically compile data for analysis to derive market information
- Create marketing tools (e.g. leaflets, banners, booth materials, etc.) to ensure effective execution of advertising and promotion activities
- Provide administrative support in organizing product communication activities, launches, exhibitions, media relations activities, etc. to drive awareness of products/services
- Assist in the compilation of marketing information/updates and market research data/analysis as inputs to management report preparation
- Support business planning with internal/external stakeholders (e.g. sales) in budgeting, marketing plans development, etc. to align to business priorities
- Work closely with external vendors and agencies (e.g. event organizers, advertising agencies, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
E-commerce Platform Operation
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the LabShop e-commerce platform to ensure a smooth and reliable customer experience.
- Ensure product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory information and campaign pages are accurate, updated and aligned with business requirements.
- Monitor website functionality and customer journey, including product display, ordering, checkout process and overall user experience.
- Conduct regular website audits to maintain content quality, platform accuracy and operational readiness.
- Coordinate with regional and global e-commerce teams to support platform improvements, issue resolution and system enhancements.
LabShop Sales Growth and Customer Adoption
- Support LabShop sales growth by working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to identify opportunities for customer onboarding, repeat purchasing and online sales conversion.
- Drive initiatives to onboard more key accounts, strategic customers and repeat buyers to LabShop, improving both customer convenience and internal sales efficiency.
- Track customer adoption, purchasing behavior and order frequency to identify growth opportunities and recommend actions.
- Support customer education and internal enablement activities to increase awareness and usage of LabShop.
Lead Generation and Conversion Support
- Work with Marketing teams to generate qualified leads through LabShop campaigns, digital promotions, product pages and online customer engagement activities.
- Support lead follow-up processes by ensuring enquiries, registrations and online leads are properly captured, shared and followed up by the relevant teams.
- Monitor lead generation performance and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness, customer targeting and conversion.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to review lead quality, conversion progress and opportunities generated through LabShop.
Product and Content Management
- Coordinate product activation, deactivation and assortment updates based on business priorities and market requirements.
- Ensure product information, specifications, images, brochures, certificates and other digital assets are complete, accurate and customer-friendly.
- Work closely with Product Management and PIM teams to improve product data quality and completeness.
- Support new product launches, supplier campaigns and promotional activities on the platform.
- Recommend content improvements that can enhance product visibility, customer understanding and conversion.
Campaign and Promotion Execution
- Coordinate the implementation of online campaigns, promotions, special offers and seasonal sales initiatives.
- Ensure campaign setup, product selection, pricing, promotional codes, landing pages and communications are completed accurately and on time
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve traffic, conversion and sales results.
- Support post-campaign analysis to identify key learnings and improvement actions for future campaigns.
Customer Experience and Support
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the online purchasing journey.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations and Supply Chain teams to resolve customer issues related to online orders.
- Support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, platform adoption and repeat purchases.
- Identify common customer pain points and recommend process or platform improvements.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate a basic knowledge and understanding of the business and industry
- Demonstrate a basic knowledge in the company's products/services and application of marketing principles/practices
- Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken E-commerce platform management
- Product Information Management

Education
