Job Summary
Support and provide services between the customer and the enterprise. 

•    Smooth communication with clients
•    Request for receiving and delivering orders from customers
•    Order input through SAP system, inventory check, credit check, shipping instructions
•    Collaboration with related departments (sales, SCM)
•    Responding to customer inquiries and solving problems
General Responsibilities
 Functional Skills and Knowledge
•    Possessors of smooth communication and problem-solving skills
•    Demonstrate working knowledge on SAP 
•    Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
•    Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spokenspoken
•    Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in international/cross-cultural interactions

Education
Degree or professional qualification in supply chain, logistics or related field.
