  • Assistant for the processing of SCM import-related costs by receiving invoices and related documents 
  • Purchase Orders to enable accurate AP creation in SAP under the correct vendors.
  • Handle various import incidental costs including freight charges, warehousing fees, customs duties, and other related expenses.
  • Use Excel to organize and verify cost data to ensure AP is accurately posted to the appropriate vendors in SAP.
  • Support the creation of AP accounting documents in SAP and ensure costs are properly posted.
  • Monitor posting status in SAP and assist in resolving discrepancies when necessary.
  • Process Sundry Purchase Order Requests and Payment Requests through the GAPIM system.
  • Provide support for SAP vendor registration and related master data maintenance.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely cost processing.
