Title: Manager HR Business Partnering

General responsibilities
Generalist
• Manage HR departmental operating targets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
• Manage and execute DKSH Korea management team's decisions on short-/long-term HR initiatives in line with company’s business direction and aligned to the Group People Strategy
• Drive implementation of tactical day-to-day HR processes across business operations
• Manage deployment of HR services delivery, systems and work tools utilization to streamline work processes across functions in efficient and scalable manner
• Prepare periodical reports to provide validated HR metrics and benchmarks to support business decisions
Talent Planning & Management
• Drive recruiting planning strategies (e.g. forecasting, short-/medium-term manpower requirements, etc.) to align with, and meet, business demands and HR cost control
• Develop and review talent management for critical leadership positions and develop talent readiness/transition strategies
• Manage and execute short-/long-term company-wide training and development strategies to cater for development needs by working closely with local L&DManage and execute exceptional people experience initiatives including employee engagement, performance, retention and training environments to ensure an extraordinary place to work by working closely with local HR team
Performance Management
• Develop and execute initiatives on organization design changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage and execute performance management activities and provide feedback on performance improvements opportunities by working closely with local L&D
• Manage market-driven/benchmark compensation decisions to drive employee performance, engagement and retention by working closely with local C&B
• Execute change management initiatives across the organization Employee Relations Management
• Manage all internal Employee Relations related tasks. Leadership responsibilities
• Effective leadership and team management leading to improved sustainable profitable business growth.
• Drive the DKSH Korea culture in the organization.
• Drive and advocate diversity and an inclusion culture, where people feel safe and empowered.
• Create and encourage a delivery-focused organization with high performing teams.
• Continually inspire, motivate, and develop people to understand what is expected of them (co-create a team/organizational culture of high accountability)
• Monitor People Scorecards and take remedial action as required.
• Maintain high level temperature check of teams’ performance against desired objectives.
• Drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of DKSH Korea portfolio/ function and achieve team/function goals
• Drive self-learning and improvement in responsibility area and the People DNA as part of continuous learning
• Communicate, lead and oversee delivery of team/function goals to drive execution against goals set Functional skills and knowledge
• Demonstrate experience and knowledge in both strategic and tactical HR core functions
• Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Education
Degree in Human Resources, Organization Development/Behavior
Work experience
Minimum five years’ experience in a similar role
• People manager experience preferred
Organizational Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Management, or similar
related discipline preferred
