Job Summary
Manage innovation center and demonstrate new solutions with troubleshooting support for the customer
General Responsibilities
- Manage the Innovation Center by maintaining and setting up equipment for new business
- Acquire new technologies and demonstrate to customers through active communication with clients / global technical service team
- Identify and implement customized solutions based on changing markets and trends
- Support sales team to achieve the targets and propose new opportunities based on market knowledge
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to better understand client/customer requirements and to leverage cross-product/industry business opportunities
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Min 10 years’ experience years (10~15 preferred)
- Experience requirement: One of “Confectionery/Bakery/Beverage/Dairy” is preferred
- Degree or professional qualification in Food Science or related discipline
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the market/competitors/customers
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of regulatory requirements of products within assigned territories, including handling procedures, shelf life, storage, etc.
- Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken

- Degree or professional qualification in Food Science or related discipline
