Title:  Supervisor VAS Operations

Job Summary

Supervise the day-to-day operations of Value-Added Services Relabeling and Redressing sub-function to deliver high quality services to clients and meet good manufacturing practice (GMP) standards

General Responsibilities

• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
• Execute relabeling and redressing policies, standards and operating procedures in compliance with good manufacturing practice (GMP) standards
• Coordinate resources including staff, temporary workers and contractors to utilize manpower and meet the repackaging deadlines
• Coordinate contractors including selection of contractors, quotation negotiation, training and KPI review, to ensure fulfillment of contractual service commitments
• Prepare repackaging speciations based on client's requirements
• Monitor and ensure timely delivery of materials for relabeling and redressing
• Review, analyze and suggest improvements regarding quality, safety and standard operating procedures
• Liaise with clients on operational issues, enquiries and requests; escalate issues to manager, if necessary

Education

Diploma/certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Demonstrate knowledge in repacking/redressing/relabeling
• Demonstrate knowledge in good manufacturing practice (GMP) standards and practices
• Demonstrate a strong appreciation of customer service requirements and commitment
• Proven experience in SAP
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
