Title:  Representative Transportation and Delivery

About The Role

• The Representative, Transportation and Delivery is a vital contributor to DKSH's supply chain performance, ensuring goods are delivered to customers safely, accurately, and on time across Cambodia. This role directly supports service excellence and customer satisfaction by executing reliable last-mile delivery operations with efficiency and care.

What You Will Deliver

• Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods to customers and designated target areas in line with performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain order accuracy and customer satisfaction by reviewing delivery details before and after each drop-off to confirm completeness and correct charges
• Support loading and unloading operations to facilitate smooth and efficient vehicle turnaroundDeliver outstanding customer service by professionally addressing inquiries and resolving complaints to maintain strong client relationships
• Adhere to assigned delivery routes and time schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize cost
• Prepare and maintain accurate delivery reports and documentation to support operational transparency and accountability
• Collect customer payments and process bank deposits accurately and in accordance with company procedures
• Comply with DKSH Freight and Transportation Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to uphold consistent service and safety standards
• Ensure orders are properly fulfilled with a strong commitment to workplace safety and client satisfaction
• Promptly escalate and report route or operational issues encountered during delivery to support timely resolution and continuous improvement
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• Diploma or high school certificate; a valid driving license is required for employees based at Samaki Distribution Center (DC), and optional for those based at branches and Chaom Chao DC
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar transportation and delivery role
• Working knowledge of distribution center operations, distribution, and transportation processes
• Physically fit and committed to performing demanding delivery tasks with consistency and reliability
• Hardworking with a strong sense of punctuality and a disciplined approach to daily responsibilities
