Title:  Representative Transportation and Delivery

Job Summary

• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of local transport strategies and plan to ensure delivery on time with minimum cost.

General Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customer or target area timely as per performanceKPIs
• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders arecomplete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, andhandling complaints from clients.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries
• Collect payment and make bank deposition
• Follow the direction and guideline stated in DKSH Freight &Transportation SOPs
• Ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, andpassionate about satisfying clients.
• Report any issues if found wrong direction while performing tasks
• Other's task assigns by manager

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Demonstrate working understanding of distribution center, distribution and transportation
• Strong Physically and committed to work
• Hard working and punctuality degree

Education

• Diploma or high school certificate
• Driving license
