Title:  Controller, Distribution Center Operations

Job Summary

Coordinate and support distribution center operations and warehouses efficient and effectively to achieve team objectives

General Responsibilities

•  Support the development and enhancement of distribution center strategies, policies and processes to optimize warehouse capacity, enhance productivity and minimize costs.
• Support manager in managing day-to-day operation ensure the efficient usage of resources.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure the operation of receiving, storage and picking process is running smoothly and efficiently follow the SOP.
• Provide manpower reports daily and update the daily warehouse schedule as necessary.
• Conduct the physical stock count according to the SOP.
• Ensure there is safety and security on the working area to the people and products.
• Ensure the working environment are follow 7s policy.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Demonstrate working understanding of distribution center, distribution and transportation
• Proven hands-on experience in warehousing, inventory management, pick and pack functions
• Demonstrate strong appreciation of customer service requirements and commitment
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

Education

• High school or Bachelor degree business administration and/or any related field
