Job Summary

Implement quality assurance systems and processes to ensure quality, safety and compliance of processes and products to internal, customer and regulatory requirements

General Responsibilities

  • Monitor redressing process namely review, approve BRR, Checking the finish products and so on
  • Control the retention sample
  • Review Reject product for sample and destruction
  • Control Released label
  • Check, Approval and Control monthly KPI (assigned by Manager)
  • Support the mock recall
  • Maintain all controlled document files and quality records in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist in providing training to employees on quality awareness and management
  • Promote and ensure alignment to international standard, global DKSH quality policy and local regulatory guidelines
  • Work closely with SCM and RA team related to the goods receiving process (Backup)
  • Check and control artwork (Component artwork: Carton, Label and PI Code Aligned with registered) (Backup)
  • Download temperature of all new coming shipment and send shipment document (including Temp Record) to client follow client requirement
  • Check and approve the RED material (Backup)
  • Control and issue Approval RED Instruction (ARI) (Backup)
  • Control Quarantine label (Backup)
  • Track the Serial number of MD (Backup)
  • Control and monitor the products in special room or control drug.
  • Monitor temperature for whole WH and cold room (Backup)
  • Follow up and control transfer stock of Short Expiry Date with stock controller and put away team  (Backup)
  • Control or monitor the quarantine products  (Backup)
  • Control Damaged and Creating Damage Form send to relevant people in DKSH and Clients  (Backup)
  • Support the HEC destruction process  (Backup)
  • Monitor temperature for whole DC and cold room (Backup)
  • Do the mapping and validation (Backup)
  • Review and approve pest control report (Backup)
  • Investigate, report and record customer complaints (Particularly the product quality complaint) (Backup)
  • Review and approve trade return (Backup)
  • Others task assign by functional Manager or line management.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Demonstrate knowledge in quality assurance tools, concepts and methodologies
  • Demonstrate knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrate knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)/ISO9000 or other quality management systems
  • Proven experience in good manufacturing practice manufacturing
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken

Education

  • Diploma/certification in quality-related courses
