Job Summary
The Sales Operations Executive supports the sales team and commercial partners by managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth order processing, maintaining accurate sales data and seamless coordination between headquarters, subsidiaries, distributors, and retail partners. We offer a role combines both strong analytical and interpersonal skills to support to maximize efficiency across international markets.
General Responsibilities
- Enter and track customer and distributor orders in ERP systems; prepare order confirmations, invoices, and delivery/export documents
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to follow up on shipments and manage product allocation for launches and limited editions
- Ensure pricing accuracy and apply client terms; manage accounts receivables follow-up
- Consolidate sales reports regularly and update sales databases; monitor stock levels
- Support the sales team with presentations and preparation for sales meetings
- Serve as the main contact for subsidiaries, distributors, and retailers on operational issues
- Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and customer service; assist in organizing international fairs, sales meetings, and product trainings
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field (or experience in a similar role)
- 2-4 years’ experience in sales administration, operations, or customer service; luxury goods/watch industry exposure is a plus
- Solid knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Navision, Salesforce).
- Strong organizational skills, with accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in managing international markets and distributors is a plus
- Fluent in English and German; French highly valued
