About The Role

For more than 50 years, Maurice Lacroix watches have been produced in state-of-the-art workshops in the Jura region, in Saignelégier. For our Marketing department, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager at 80%. The Digital Marketing Manager leads Maurice Lacroix’s digital ecosystem from a strategic, coordination, and performance perspective. The role is responsible for website content, e-commerce coordination, CRM and newsletters, paid media coordination, social media planning, and DAM marketing ownership. This is not a fully executional role. It relies on selected external partners for media buying, community management, and technical DAM support.

What You Will Deliver

  • Develop and manage the global digital roadmap aligned with the marketing strategy
  • Define digital priorities across product launches, campaigns, and always-on activities
  • Coordinate paid media campaigns with agencies, including briefs, budgets, KPIs, and performance tracking
  • Ensure website and e-commerce updates, optimizing product visibility, content and user experience
  • Manage CRM activities, including newsletter planning, segmentation, execution and performance analysis
  • Plan and oversee social media calendars and community management activities
  • Own DAM marketing governance, ensuring efficient asset organization and usage
  • Support markets with digital guidelines, campaign adaptations and best practices
  • Contribute to long-term digital strategy and platform evolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency and performance

What You Bring

  • Higher education in marketing, communication, business, or a related field (or experience in a similar role)
  • 2-4 years’ experience in digital marketing; experience in the luxury goods/watch industry is preferred
  • Expertise in at least one core channel (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and familiarity with others
  • Familiarity with Marketing Cloud and proficiency in Salesforce is required
  • Ability to analyze KPIs, report on campaign performance, and optimize actions based on data
  • Strong project management skills across internal teams and external agencies
  • Fluent in English and French
