Job Summary

Do you have a passion for customer support and sales administration in an international environment? We are looking for a motivated and passionate colleague to join our team in Roermond, Netherlands. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in Sales Support and Customer Service, effectively contributing to our dynamic team and make a real impact.

General Responsibilities

Order Processing:

• Accurately enter and process customer orders into the system
• Verify order details, including pricing, quantities, and delivery information
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Monitor and track order status, providing updates to customers as needed

Sales Support:

• Assist the sales team with preparing and sending quotes to customers
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system

Customer Service:

• Address customer complaints and issues, escalating to the appropriate team member when necessary
• Provide product information and support to customers

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Prior experience with import/export distribution in an international environment
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Team player who can work collaboratively with sales and other departments
• Proactive and willing to learn new skills
• Prior experience in customer service, order processing and sales support with SAP knowledge as an added advantage
