We are currently looking for a Service Coordinator based in Brisbane. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service to Bio-Strategy customers through effective and efficient co-ordination of service jobs.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Proactively monitor customer jobs, manage any delays, and enter all customer jobs into the CRM system efficiently and accurately
- Order parts and despatch to customers/engineers as required
- Work with service team to ensure Pre-Delivery Checks are completed to allow prompt despatch of equipment
- Generate Service Quotes and provide accurate information for parts and job pricing
- Liaise with internal stakeholders/ suppliers and customer’s
- Logging of jobs as per contractual obligations
- Closing and invoicing of completed jobs in a timely manner
- Management and allocation of reports such as – future PM Schedule / engineer stock reports
- Efficient management of service calls and requests or queries from customers and staff.
To be successful you will have:
- High quality organisation and prioritisation skills
- Ability to multitask & work autonomously
- 2+ years Customer Service and administrative skills
- Proficient skills in Microsoft office (Word & Excel)
- Ability to work in a face paced environment meeting customer and business expectations
- A can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
