Job Summary
- Adopt a digital mindset and transform business with digital transformation strategies and lead Connect and other digital platforms and expand digital reach among customers with satisfaction.
General Responsibilities
- Lead and take full responsibility for Connect platform (Customer, Client, Medi).
- Enhances the customer experience while managing customer order fulfillment, technology, and infrastructure plans to drive the expansion of the Connect Customer.
- Responsible for requirements detailing, changes, enhancement testing.
- Provide data-driven business insights, market update and managing relations with internal and external stakeholders for platform growth.
- Support on market goals and objectives aligned with global business targets
- Leads the market demands and customer needs
- Key contact to drive technical conversation with internal and external partners.
- Preparing training documentation and conduct training for internal teams and external customers
- Collaborate with in-house stakeholders to achieve sales, customer registration, active customer and ensure internal team and local
customers adopt with digital platform. - Regular field visit with Commercial and Sales team to understand customer needs and support required to grow digital platform

Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate familiarity with digital business models.
- Proven experience of working in digital or e-commerce projects.
- Demonstrate solid understanding of information technology.
- Proven skills for digital business strategies and processes.
- Manage effectively on digital business platforms.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science or Information Technology or Digital Marketing or a related field.
