About The Role
Oversee achievement of Digital & Marketing Service, New Development Product (NPD) & EBIT of Entire department
What You Will Deliver
- Oversee and manage revenue, EBIT, and operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Actively source new business to create new portfolio by researching, contacting and vetting agencies.
- Build self-service processes and resources to drive business development to accelerate product adoption and revenue growth.
- Manage business product portfolio using business analytics expertise to proactively identify and realize opportunities to increase revenue and performance and track record of proven results.
- Develop internal business analytics to track partner performance, identify new potential partners and support weekly and monthly business performance.
- Drive new product launch initiative, work closely with Business Development Manager/ Manager, Field Sales to build new product pipelines.
- Develop and build long-term strategic plan to build stronger department by leading both products and services.
- Develop and build long-term strategic relationships with key customers to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in anticipating client needs, defining and leveraging cross-product/industry business opportunities.

- Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers.
- Passion for traditional/digital marketing.
- Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically, track record of proven results.
- Demonstrate advanced negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken)
