Title:  Senior Manager, Client Management

About The Role

The Senior Manager, Client Management is a pivotal leadership role within DKSH's Healthcare business in Cambodia, responsible for leading and managing client accounts to ensure seamless business integration, drive client growth, and deliver DKSH profitability targets. In this role, you will serve as the primary strategic partner between clients and DKSH, building lasting relationships and consistently maximizing client satisfaction across the full portfolio.

What You Will Deliver

• Lead and manage operating budgets and costs within annual allocations to ensure efficient and effective use of departmental resources.
• Review and align business and marketing plans with clients to achieve overall business objectives and profitability targets.
• Facilitate and lead the business integration process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
• Manage and monitor profit and loss (P&L) and expenditures to minimize unnecessary cost and financial risk.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for existing clients in collaboration with the Business Development team, including managing contract renewals.
• Resolve clients' operational issues and service complaints swiftly and effectively to uphold high service standards.
• Lead business communications and business review meetings with clients' management teams to maintain strategic alignment and drive performance.
• Serve as the primary gateway between clients and DKSH, maintaining strong business relationships and maximizing client satisfaction.
• Establish and sustain a proactive network of relationships between DKSH and its clients to support long-term partnership growth.
• Lead and develop the team's capabilities in Client Management and DKSH behaviors to achieve function goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• Degree or professional qualification in a Science or Medical-related discipline.
• Minimum seven to eight years of experience in a similar role.
• Minimum five years of experience in a managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of clients' industry, business, and product landscape.
• Strong client management and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and sustain high-value relationships.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods.
• Appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities, particularly in cross-country and cross-cultural interactions.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
