About The Role
Promote and sell company products by demonstrating the advanced technical functions of the product as well as its uses and benefits.
What You Will Deliver
- Establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products.
- Explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.
- Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Keeping customers informed about new technological products.
- Compiling proposals and reports related to technical products.
- Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met.
- Reporting to management about sales made.
- Updating records of customer communications and contact information.
- Sample/Prototype arrangement, aligning with customers/clients’ requirements
- Communicating with key clients on relevant technical topics to ensure well technical support to customers
- Conduct necessary prototype and sensory test with internal parties, customer and client and closely follow-up progress of the project
- Other job assigned by line manager
