Title:  Product Consultant

About The Role

• The Product Consultant plays an important role in driving brand visibility and consumer engagement for DKSH's Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) portfolio across Cambodia. This role creates direct business impact by introducing products to consumers, generating trial, and building brand awareness through meaningful one-on-one interactions at the point of sale.

What You Will Deliver

• Introduce products to consumers and shoppers in alignment with brand messaging to create positive and memorable brand impressions
• Generate product trials among target audiences to drive first-time purchase and brand adoption for specific products and brands
• Build brand awareness and consumer loyalty through engaging, personalized one-on-one communication with shoppers
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• Minimum Grade 9 educational attainment; no prior work experience required
• Basic knowledge and understanding of the business and industry
• Basic knowledge of the company's products and services, with an understanding of marketing principles and practices
• Basic research and analytical skills with the ability to gather and apply consumer insights
• Fluency in the local language; proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage
