About The Role
To ensure the absolute synchronization and flawless commercial rollout of the new Similac Total Protection portfolio, the role of the Project Launch Coordinator is instituted as a project-specific asset. This position functions as the central tracking node interfacing across all brand stakeholders to guarantee timeline adherence, eliminate process bottlenecks, and accelerate in-market asset deployment.
What You Will Deliver
- Master Launch Tracker: Maintain and update the absolute daily cross-functional milestone framework spanning Marketing, Ethical, Regulatory, Sales, Trade, and Supply Chain.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Assertively follow up with key internal owners to ensure critical-path dependencies are unlocked and completed on schedule.
- Meeting & Action Governance: Structure regular launch alignment syncs, accurately document action items, assign explicit ownership, and track outstanding items to resolution.
- Launch Procurement Engine: Drive the end-to-end eProcurement and Exeedra platform execution exclusively for launch-specific agencies, production houses, and suppliers (PR/PO creation, vendor onboarding, billing alignment).
- POSM Production Management: Serve as the direct point of operational contact with printing and creative vendors managing Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM), launch display units, and physician/consumer sampling kits.
- Deployment Logistics: Track production schedules and coordinate logistics transfer from manufacturing vendors to warehouses, ensuring POSM hits shelves perfectly on Day 1
