Job Summary

Manage talent pipeline of 15+ daily CVs and oversee the employee referral program while driving brand engagement, key employer branding projects, ranging from career fairs to networking events, to consistently attract top-tier talent.

General Responsibilities

• Pipeline Management: Input approximately 15 CVs into the master pipeline list daily.
• Content Coordination: Organize briefings and meetings for the "Employee Testimonial" and "Genie Candidate to Employee Journey" series.
• Social media: Develop and maintain bi-weekly the Genie job posting templates for Telegram channel.
• Branding: Assist in managing and execute various employer branding projects such as career talk, career fair, networking event..etc
• Operations: Assist in tracking and manage the employee referral program.
• Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Humble, willing to learn, and tech-savvy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken

Education

Undergraduate or Bachelor's Degree in English, Communication, or a related field.
